DoL Rule 408(b)(2): It is the policy of Eads & Heald Wealth Management that staff will not explicitly solicit prospective clients to rollover funds to an IRA from an ERISA-covered plan or other covered account. However, EHWM does accept management of Rollover IRA accounts when the rollover was conducted by the client on an unsolicited basis. Further, EHWM might, from time to time, provide generic, educational, and unbiased information discussing the various options available to clients wishing to move money from an ERISA-covered plan to a Rollover IRA. If a prospect asks EHWM make a specific recommendation regarding rolling over funds from an ERISA-covered plan, the manager will complete the "EHWM DoL Fiduciary Rule Checklist” and amend it to the client’s management contract.
